Bohnen sind faszinierend und vereinen Tradition und Zeitgeist. Wir wollen den Bohnen helfen in alle Munde zu kommen.
Nicole hat Wurzeln in Mexiko und ist aufgewachsen mit einem Topf Bohnen der immer auf dem Herd stand. Nach einem 6 monatigem Aufenthalt in Mexika hat sie authentische Bohnenrezept gesammelt und spezielle Bohnensorten mitgebracht. Mit diesen, und auch einheimischen Bohnen, wird nun an der Badenerstrasse gekocht und zusammen mit Bohneninteressierten zusammen gegessen, getrunken, Geschichten ausgetauscht und gelacht.
Essen verbindet und bringt uns zusammen an den Tisch. Jedes Böhnchen gibt ein Tönchen. Und so hoffen wir, die Bohne kann sich in unserer Kultur wieder verbreiten.
